I've done that search and "death" lead to thousand

I've done that search and "death" lead to thousands of hits ... I searched through months of the linked hits. 99.9% of them say "Did not result in death" ... or some variation of that. I think most people are to lazy to look through all the hits or are being purposely misleading.
