Actually Janice, investing is very much a game. It's a zero sum game. For every winner, there is a loser...somewhere. The last thing I need are SEC filings or other disclosures to make a good investment on the OTC or any other stock for that matter. What I need are rumors, occasional confirmed information (such as change of Transfer Agent or conclusion of court filings), and appealing charts. Waiting for the "official" information often means you are too late. Buy when it's calm and sell when it's stormy.
And it's about to get real stormy. You know it and I know it.
