Mark, just curious as to when we will begin seeing dealership growth?

There has been lots of inquiry on implements, crawlers and tractors. Sales of parts & implements have been good with both wholesale and retail customers. Several new items are bringing buyers to us, such as the two new chipper models, grapple, log splitters and the huge variety of implements we have in stock. We have several dealers who want the big tractors in 120-130 hp; however there are no EPA engines available at the moment. They must pass huge testing to be approved and that is in process. The smaller tractor samples (up to 60 hp) are arriving in the next 30 days (pictured below). These new tractors have greatly improved cosmetics & features. Dealers will be visiting Kalama at that time to view them and order. This is a time of big change in the appearances of our tractor quality image. This is where our push will be. Shareholders are welcome also if arrangements are made ahead. The new tractors are much different than our previous tractors. The orange tractor will be the strongest & most rugged tractor on the market. This tractor has been in the works for over one year and now the first sample is ready. Perfect for the home owner, farmers and commercial users because it is rugged and tough.

We have several people lined up to see the new Crawlers at the same time. Some tractor dealers are not interested in Crawlers. In this case, we can open a Crawler dealership elsewhere in the same town.

Does Tytan have any plans to open any additional Tytan-owned stores?

Yes we do. Tytan has property that is being evaluated and has passed the first test (location,location,location). We have many things going on at Tytan, but starting the second store is of high importance. Of course, we want to buy the property during this favorable market and the deal has to be right. I will also add, that we have a dealer information sheet that the dealers fill out so that we can evaluate their ability to meet our criteria. We also ask to see pictures of their site and mechanics backgrounds etc.

One shareholder has asked me to be on a talk show and the other asked me to be in a live phone chat with questions and answers from Shareholders. I do plan to be involved in a phone chat with questions and answers, but I want to get a little further ahead on some projects in order to do it, so that we have some exciting topics to discuss.
