What a day.
My first thought, and something I fired off immediately to a fellow board member via email this morning, was “Wow, a press release at 9:26am where we hit a primary endpoint! But why no mention of 700mg? And why was their no mention of the BTD that Nader has thrown out multiple times as imminent once we get good results?”
Their response?
Samesies.
But here’s the thing. We all should know by now that we aren’t getting results quickly from these trials. There’s this unrealistic belief that once results are unblinded we should know within hours. While there’s some truth in the theory that they should be able to count deaths and do some quick math for a primary endpoint, there is far more that goes into compiling and presenting these results. It’s always slow and this PR was a good example. Nader said he believed we’d be hitting our primary and secondary endpoints of the 350mg arm a week and a half or so before Christmas. Then we were told we’d get results by Christmas. That second part didn’t happen, obviously. But think about how long it took and then consider we were just then getting the 700mg data for the first time soon after. It’s only been a couple weeks and we had two major holidays smushed in there. Be patient. There’s no reason to assume the results would be bad. By all accounts, the 700mg group should do equal to, or better than, the 350mg group.
I also was invested in 2019, which was a year where every time a good PR came about we’d be down the first day and then up the day or two after. There’s an old Emo Phillips joke about joke grenades, if I’m remembering who came up with the joke correctly. That’s how I always felt about the PR’s back in the year of our lord and savior, 2019. They always took extra time to land.
Some say this PR was a smokescreen for a bad BTD outcome. I highly doubt this is the case. We may not get the designation approved by the FDA, but since when does Nader get strategic with PR’s? Outside of trying to throw exciting “mights” and “maybes” in there, he’s definitely not playing three dimensional chess with his pressers. He’s dropped solid PR’s on the weekend, at 7pm eastern time, at 2am eastern time, and a variety of other inconsistent and not at all strategic times of the day.
Some wonder if the comment about biomarkers is because the 700mg results are bad and they’re hoping to glean some sort of positive information from the trial using those markers. To that I declare Shenanigans. You may as well call him ERecktnor for how excited he gets about biomarker data. He is heavily focused on biomarkers regardless of trial, so this isn’t some sort of feint to draw us away from some bad results. It’s him being him. They track this shit and it’s important. The more we know about exactly who this baby works on, and exactly why it’s working, the stronger our trials will be and the easier our approvals will be.
Please don’t short your brains, this isn’t all some constant game of strategery between Nader and the world. And Nader or the fair market are not the sole reasons we’ve had the run up to $10 and the fall back under a buck. Those are simple explanations for a much more complex answer. They’re both a part of things, but there’s so much more.
Some have said that with the volume we had today (around 7 million shares) this can’t be all shorts. But I’d ask you how then, did we see eight separate million share sell orders on the day we dropped hard from $10? Seven million shares at a buck or less would be easy if one were dead set on fuckery.

Some people wonder if this or that is priced in. Hey guess what, we barely have a price right now at under a dollar. I think the only things priced in are the cost of the coffee mugs and extra microwaves because once you cook fish in a break room microwave a few times they’re never the same again. I pity the fool who thinks he can reheat some pasta after NP has blown up the ‘wave with yet another salmon cooked from raw.
Some say, “But Respert, you have your good looks and rapist’s wit to fall back on if this investment goes sideways. Not all of us are that fortunate.” And they wouldn’t be wrong. We all come at this investment opportunity with different circumstances and some of you are straight uggos. It’s science and statistics, don’t get mad at me. If anything, be mad at your parents. They had to know a mullet mixed with a lazy eye and that weird brillo pad looking hairstyle wasn’t going to produce the next Brad Pitt, but they bumped uglies anyways because this is America goddamnit. Everyone has something to offer, and if perfect facial symmetry isn’t your thing maybe you’re good at something else. I mean, I’d probably be good at it too, but I can lay back some to let you shine. I don’t need every spotlight. It’s not good for my perfect skin anyways.

Last but not least, let’s make some predictions.
I predict we get BTD and that it moves the needle. People track that shit and try to catch a wave. We’d also get some legit news coverage from it. It wouldn’t take that much buying pressure to overwhelm those exerting selling pressure.
We’ll get good results for 700mg. They just need the time they’ve always needed, and every other company has needed, to compile it all and get it ready for the stage. Hey youngblood, I’ve seen Q3 announcements of trials unblinding where the anticipated results are in Q2 of the following year. This shit can take time. Like steak you have to allow for both proper cook and proper rest time.
We’ll get a good partnership for Nash. Which will bring about a ton of new eyes. The media doesn’t seem to want to talk about Cytodyn but if a Merck or J&J type company enters into an agreement with ya boys they’ll happily spread that message far and wide for their old buddies in big pharma.
The longhauler trial will finally start in late January and fill by early February. I’ll be starting my own longhauler treatment center ala Bruce Patterson in the meanwhile. Strike while the iron is hot. It’ll be called “Rub Some Dirt On It Treatment Center” and I’ll deliver only old man medicine. Patients will either receive dirt to rub on their wounds, a story about how kids have it too easy these days, or Iodine. Man, I remember that Iodine used to be a common thing back when I was a kid. You couldn’t so much as stub a toe without getting the Iodine. Oh no, this just in, I’m now getting reports that Dr. Yo has read this post and is already promoting Iodine to treat Longhaulers for just $900 a week.
2022 will NOT be the year that I stop saying “unggggghhhh road humps” every time I roll over a road hump while my wife is in the car.
Last but not least, if you aren’t interested in swing trading and you believe that you’ve placed your money on the right horse, don’t sweat the swings down because your bet isn’t that on any given day the price will be X. Your bet is that after approvals and partnerships and saving lives the price will be XXX. None of that (minus those lives saved on RTT or CSP so far) has occurred yet so hold those tiny horses you tiny horse having weirdos. We’re just getting started.
Okay, that’s all I have for predictions. The booth is closed. You don’t have to go home but you can’t stay here. Life is like a box of chocolates. You don’t know what you’ve got til it’s gone. If it hadn’t been for Cotton-eyed Joe I’d been married long time ago. Did we just become best friends?
