Let's hope we don't hear from someone that GNBT/NuGen is under double-secret probation. Of course, the vastly more likely scenario is that we hear absolutely nothing in response to your completely reasonable question. And that lac of an answer is just one more piece of the evidence pointing in the "wrong direction" as it concerns these companies. There was a time (pre-COVID) when I had great hopes for what I thought this company could accomplish, especially with all the pretty wonderful products and services that Joe repeatedly discussed.
