Re: smach #757
I tried, but, got shut down quickly. I was put on auto delete and many put me on ignore - even some of the top guys on this board.

Many bought into the $5...then $10...then $20...then infinity and climb to these heights overnight. I did admire many posters who planned to share the "wealth". Admirable to think of others, first.

I even suggested a gofundme to help out Civic and others who had put everything into UNVC.....just in case. And, now Civic is selling his life dreams - at pennies on the dollar. I got ZERO offers to join me in such an endeavor.

I laughed when I read the accolades for Doc as the best CEO ever. Communication skills are so important at all levels of management and - I thought - the absence of good communications was glaring He spoke in dots and riddles and some claimed to have the decoder ring to decipher his musings. It is easy to be a CEO when you are the founder. The really good ones worked their way up getting their "tickets punched" at many/various disciplines and levels in a corporation.

I was told that a certain group was flipping shares by the Ms when it was moving a $.01 at a time, but, any mention of that would mean life in the dungeon. I don't have a problem with anyone making money as the PPS fluctuates and they have enough shares to hold a significant position AND make money on the daily/weekly PPS movement. I really do have a problem if/when these same people might be pumping and benefiting from other board member buys - especially if we are all in this together.

BTW, could someone help this "old" Finance guy understand how a private entity - HRI - with $200M in annual revenue has/had a valuation of $1.6B - especially without knowing anything else about them - like their Capital & cost structure. We know they have $200M in revenue, but, what is their net income.

That's it for now. Good luck to all.
