The company is operating in defiance of SEC filing requirements, is not declaring the situs of operations, has broken all lines of communication with shareholders, the makeup of management is a secret and yet there is open trading. See a problem here. Further, it is unknown what if any relevance the NUGX listing has which involves a key component business interest over which the company holds and is supposed to control.
