If I'm not mistaken (don't hold me to it), I believe long long ago Joe did let shareholders know there was an investigation going on & things were cleared. So, why he refuses update folks of the current investigation & it's status is disturbing to say the least. Obviously, we know it's pretty serious since the company officials appear to be "restricted" from reporting anything and Joe did say "things are different, I'm not going to jail". Folks can analyze that the way they want, but no matter how one slices it, this is not good. In the mean time, one has to wonder if we still even have any business or even a company any longer. GLTA!
