Perhaps Joe is out of it completely and Todd has been appointed CEO...by Todd himself, there being no one else in a decision making capacity remaining.
Still, I like the notion that Generex and Neugenerex are being sold to another entity, and that the ‘investigation’ is not criminal in nature but simple due diligence on the part of the purchaser. The ‘assets’ could be had for bargain basement prices at this point.
