Ah yes I see what you mean. I have not heard anyone state that they actually gave them money. or discuss what happened after they received the initial investment offer from Kizmet.
Keep in mind that almost all that has been posted about Kizmet, IMO, is conjecture other than the fact that they are offering investment packages to those that contacted them.
We do not know if they will be doing anything definitive with UNVC. The financing discussed was interesting but we know Doc has not sold any of the form 144 shares yet. That does not mean that something good isn't in the works with them.
