HCIT, very sorry to hear about your kidney cancer.

IF I WERE IN YOUR SHOES -
I would have my doctor or another doctor put me on Maraviroc immediately. The liver toxicity issue is exaggerated and would be of no concern for three reasons - the dire situation I was in, I could monitor for liver damage with blood tests and toxicity to the liver from cancer treatments would be much worse.
I would double up on the Maraviroc dosage, at least, as I am doing the blood tests, and I would still press hard for Leronlimab. If I couldn't get the LL, I'd make the hard choice and take more Maraviroc, as much as my liver would allow.
Too bad Maraviroc isn't the elegant molecule that LL is but it is a CCR5 antagonist. If it helped, I would pretend I was in Phase 2 trial, looking for the best dosage level. Put me on the high dose.
The biggest obstacle I would find to doing this would be the doctors and hospitals trying to cover their asses. I would seek legal help if I needed to and sign any waivers I had to. Ass covering will be a problem with LL too, maybe more so because it is not an approved drug yet.
That's what I would do. Enuf said.
Best wishes to you and please keep us here on the board informed.
