The release said a Proposal for “Development of a Rapid Viral Assay (RVA) Suitable for Detection of COVID-19 and Other Viruses”.
It didn’t mention a “study”.
The patent is publicly available at the USPTO. Anyone with development lab facilities can study how it works without Nanologix. I believe they can’t develop the technology into what’s described in the proposal without Nanologix agreeing and participating. Let’s speculate on that—- what if development is five million and Nanologix is contributing five hundred thousand ? What if it’s two million from the developer? Does that mean there could be a production and revenue agreement with the proposal?
Nanologix already stated they don’t have the facilities and resources to develop, manufacture and produce the RVA.
Would it be possible the other corporation already did a study to lead to the development proposal?
I’m just submitting that as a possibility
