Yea, it sucks. Doc said it'd be a happy year. Just vague enough he could defend it by saying... we should be happy we are current and higher than this time last year.
Truth is Doc can't and won't defend anything he has said. He doesn't have to. He can keep making money with all his businesses. We can sell or keep holding. What can we really do??
Do we file litigation, formal complaints? Doc can just quit unvc conglomerate and run things like he current is and continue to make money.
We are stuck between a rock and the proverbial hard place.
