...searching for some perfect world we know we'll never find
I follow the company pretty closely, but must have completely missed the 'big list' of milestones and dates the company publicly stated. promised and guaranteed they would complete.
Could someone please share?
I'm not talking about the milestones of what someone 'thought' they heard.
I'm not talking about the milestones of what someone 'thought' they read on the internet
I'm not talking about what all companies say, they would 'try' to do
If someone could point to an SEC filing of that 'big list' of milestones and dates, that would be super appreciated.
Otherwise it's all in your 'head'.
Once again, tech company usually don't put dates on delivery because they aren't baking cookies and didn't program the oven to spit out VerbMail, Market, etc.
All the so called DD in the world, but some still don't know that...
Or do they, eh?
At many companies, 'things' take longer than they 'hope'. Go look at Rivian as an easy example today
"Rivian tells buyers of trucks, SUVs with 400-mile range to wait until 2023"
"Ongoing supply chain woes mean more delays for early adopters."
All I know is Verb said they had planned for some 'mega events' towards the end of the year, but some sellers pulled out because the sellers had supply chain issues . 12/29/2021, 10:50 AM
I guess the world is a little more complex, eh?
That seems to be happening a lot since Covid. I guess the company could have written up a contract in such a way to sue the seller if they pulled out, but that really wouldn't be smart business.
BTW , the company updated shareholders of this on November 15th and said they would share and said...
" We’ll announce that as we get closer to actually doing it and making sure that there’s sufficient inventory of whatever it is to accommodate."
They haven't announced the 'mega event' milestones yet as far as I am aware.
Oh, what else was there?
VerbMail Pro for Outlook?
Company said they were trying very hard to get it out by the end of the year. Then we heard in a recent update they are trying to release BOTH VerbMail Pro for Outlook and VerbGmail.
What else am I missing?
Acquisitions?
That's the one that 'seemed' imminent but there were no definitive dates on that. Takes to parties to agree and boat load of time for lawyers. I'm fine with waiting until the sp goes above $3-$5 to do any 'deals'
Where there a few more things?
Oh yeah...
VerbTeams - Done
VerbLIVE - Done
Verb Attribution - Done
Mega Customers Signed - Done
Verb Partner Program - Done
Verb Pulse - Done
Verb Compliance - Done
Verb Professional Service - Done
Professional Sports Vertical - Done
VerbMail Pro for Outlook Testing - Done
VerbGmail Testing - Done
Refresh my memory. Was there a delivery 'date' put on each of those above?
So what does 2022 look like?
1.) VerbMail Pro for Outlook
2.) VerbGmail
3.) Market
4.) Verb.TV
5.) Acquisitions
Just a guess, a lot of that happens in Q1
If not, some may 'shert' their pants. Maybe not so much Vanguard and Blackrock as those are big boys that know how to invest in technology

The only thing that is for certain...
If a company says nothing, some people cry...
"we never get any updates, ever!"
"company is going out of business because they are quiet"
"CEO is on vacation, blah, blah blah"
"you won't tell us what your upcoming catalyst are because you got none"
If a company says something, some people cry...
"nothing the company says means anything except revenue"
"if you can't attach a timeline to it, it's not real"
"if it ain't in the filing, it's BS"
This is why they invented bank CDs and savings bonds
