They're supposed to respond within 60 days, and I think that will be around Jan 5. CytoDyn made the TBD announcement on Monday, Nov 8 @6:00am ET, which leads me to believe it was probably submitted on Friday, Nov 5. Given there are 31 days in Dec, the 60 days may fall on Jan 4, but it's all speculation. Also, the FDA doesn't have to wait until the last day to respond.
