Delivery for a happy new year. Still sounds to me like Doc wants to launch by end of year or very, very soon afterwards. I'm not buying because of these thoughts but it is just what I think.
If they sign those documents that he has announced to everyone a clock will start ticking. Besides that he will be ready to go and want the world to know IMO.
