This is great, I think. So what is established is that she had Long Haulers, and was very sick, and was in the Leron LH trial, and was in the Leron arm. Is there also a tweet where she says she got better?
Her emphasis in at least one of the tweets is weird -- that she was doing this not to help herself, but to help others -- but didn't it help her?
She seems to be promoting herself more than Leron.
The thing that would really help humanity (and me too) would be to promote the drug on the air. Seriously. Something cures you miraculously, tell the world. Don't just tweet about how self-sacrificing you are.
