AFFIDAVIT OF TRAVIS BIRD
I, Travis Bird, state as follows:
74. In response to my inquiries demanding that NuGenerex and Generex cure the defaults of the Consulting Agreement, on several occasions, I was subjected to harassment and ridicule by Mr. Moscato. For example, on April 25, 2020, Mr. Moscato responded to an email which included a photograph of me and copied Generex's Chief Operating Officer Terry Thompson and stated: "All I know is if Travis was gay (ok not sure) and I was gay (most definitely not) but in case I was, I'd bang him! " A true and correct copy of this email is attached as Exhibit "9."
