Just make sure you get 100-200mg Vit. K2 (MK-7) alongside everyday. One of the many thing it does is making sure, the calcium gets where you want it to be: in your bones. There are two different types of vitamin K2, and the one I mentioned (MK-7) is not easy to get with your diet (I dont eat soy and other things which have it). My supplement combines both, I take one drop everyday.
