One would expect a rise in CCR5 expression in any immune challenge such as Tuberculosis or HIV or Covid. At 700mg in both high viral load HIV and extreme cases of Covid there is 100% occupancy. There may be some rare genetic instances where CCR5 is massively overexpressed but I haven't ran into it in papers talking about CCR5 anomalies.
