I took yesterday as a day to keep busy and not watch someone panic or somehow its repeated action like last year.. see my last post of the chart.
I don't plan to sell so no need to watch someone else have a bad day. I really do find it fascinating that last year we had the exact something happen within days. Weird right?

We all know December is a wash for stocks.. tax right offs, profit taking, xmas gifts, panic.. whatever the reason, it happens all the time in most of the market.
When Doc said "Shares for Acquisitions" form 144. Now we have documents being signed for Acquisitions. Maybe he is buying whatever company with shares of UNVC. who knows.
Maybe he already formed all the companies into one private company already and UNVC is the "Last" piece to the puzzle. I'm sure its a lot cheaper/quicker than filing paperwork with a public company.
I am not overly hyped but keeping a level head and low expectations as to dates.
