Say what you want, but whatever Joe has done to these companies is and the board of Directors simply being silent on all of it is a complete mess. Going on Fidelity trying to do anything is a complete joke.
Because of the PPS, you are limited in just about everything. With NuGenerex not on NASDAQ and no funding, there is simply nothing to be done. Everything is at a complete standstill and yeah, I am complaining when I should be celebrating this time of year. We have CEO of two companies who can put out pics of himself on beaches living it up, or on facebook bashing other companies about their vaccines, meanwhile he can't even get his own vaccine out the door, while his shareholders are leaving him or are angry with him because he can't even put in a 10K or 10Q but he can take pics or post or ban his shareholders who disagree with him. When are the board of directors going to say enough and put a CEO in charge who is level headed and business minded who can seek out investors and move the companies in the growth minded direction without attacking other companies and shareholders alike?
We have a diversity of people on here who while we might disagree and sometimes go at each other and yes some have different agendas, hopefully the one single goal is in mind and that is to get Generex and NuGenerex to be the best two companies they can be and right now there is no argument that they are badly lacking. Their growth is not where they are at and that is due to poor management and it has to change. No communitction, no documentation, leaving the company all has to change. Growth of the companies has to start and moving the companies has to start now before they go under.
And under what is happening right now is simply not going to work....
