So PTOI director Lee Brain only loaned/donated $125k to PTOI, other than through the shares he purchased?!?! I thought he lost more than that.
So director Jason Aspin loaned/donated over $700k to PTOI. That's not smart money.
Neither Lee Brain nor Jason Aspin appear smart enough to sue Mr. Heddle. Their loss.
CEO Richard Heddle has loans but those loans don't really count since the money is completely circular. He could loan $20M to PTOI and that money would return to his pockets like a boomerang with the only remnant being a liability on PTOI's books in favor of Mr. Heddle.
