I urge everyone to go back and read the entire CC transcript from May. It discusses issues of the deep dive audit by the SEC, the China payment and what the company did and still needed to do for China to move forward.
BallFan, you are right, "conned China" is a strong accusation. I would like to see the accounting of where the $6 million plus was spent though. Filings would help. As Joe/MMPJOE would say "That's for sure".
