These are my impressions only, having owned CYDY for nearly 8 years. It seems that buyers are slowly coming back with good news. The last year plus has been so tumultuous that confidence is very fragile. It needs to be fed with continued positive PR's. If they stop for any length of time the pps will drop.
As with most OTC stocks, real upward price movement will rely on a blockbuster scientific breakthrough, word of partnership or respected outside investment in the company, news that progress is being made toward achieving the IPO, and/or a fair offer to buy the company.
With so many irons in the fire Cytodyn has the potential for several blockbuster announcements. However, I'm unsure of the availability of funds to move the needle. OTOH, a partnership in the HIV, cancer, NASH, or COVID franchises could boost the pps while preserving majority ownership in the company.
Does this make sense?
