Could have been anyone for any reason. I know it was not Doc as a few have hinted. He would have to file a form 4 within 2 business days so we can wait for proof. Sometimes people move on. I would suggest reading facts and DD and keeping your eyes on the prize. Stocks that are trending lower ALWAYS get hit at the end of the year without news. Still have full faith in Doc, not the psychiatrist couch.
