hylander - I beg to differ. We also got attacks form Joe on shareholders, calling names, making threats, and just going off the rails at anyone who would dare to question anything he said or did. He talked a lot and did little to nothing about any of the products or services either company touted. (The "little" was to apply for a trademark for the "Complete Vaccine", and to revamp the websites, both of which substantively actually amount to less than "little"
Eventually, you can promote for only so long before folks expect you to produce something. As NYD said - it's common sense. I can claim to hit 100% of my shots from the three-point arc, and never set foot on a basketball court. Joe's been claiming all that he will be doing for the companies, but never set foot on the court. What is sadly funny is that he conned China out of $5MM. Unfortunately, he has conned shareholders out of a lot more than that.
Sure, the company's got a couple of potentially profitable products. Did you ever wonder why there never was any focus on the actual production and sale of Excellagen, despite its proven efficacy? The VA hospitals did not shut down when COVID came along, and vets did not stop needing treatment, so why was Excellagen produced then? The Ii-key already had gone through Phase I trials with Keytruda, correct? What happened after that? Why was there no Phase II? Once again, proven products, and yet Joe kept them on the shelf. (Let's put it this way - he never talked about efforts to get that moving again. It was always some new product or service that was the repeated focus of the company, products that went absolutely nowhere.
This stinks to high heaven, and now he doesn't either have the guts to come clean, or just does not give a crap about the "loyal shareholders." Either way, I agree, this is on him, and him alone.
