I am not anti Joe, contrary to beliefs, because of all else, I want these companies to succeed mainly because I have an investment in them, but in all honestly, just how bad does one screw up that they cannot communicate with their shareholders for months, cannot put out 10K or Q, simply cannot do anything but go on their facebook page and make little posts?
This is beyond ridiculous to say the least. We are down in the .6 range when just a while back we were discussing billion dollar deals, multi state deals and so forth. And here we are. This simply is unacceptable and a CEO of a company in no shape or form should let this happen and should know before hand to not let this happen, but once again, here we are and all the shareholders are left unaware and hurting tremendously. It's totally unacceptable and someone at the very top, whether the CEO, someone in Management, the Board, whatever needs to be held accountable for what happened for such a price drop and value drop of the company and the complete lack of information coming from the company to the shareholders.
Even if there was an investigation, the complete lack of information to the shareholders given out by the SEC would be unacceptable as they represent the shareholders.
With the CEO (Joe) having no problem talking about vaccines, his silence on what is going on is deeply troubling. With the lack of the BOD making comments or doing anything is very troubling.
The shareholders deserve so much better than this. Way so much better than this, especially when the CEO made so many claims to represent the shareholders over and over.....
