This is good for all to keep an eye on and get it right RR007 ... January 22nd which may be their IPO date is exactly three months from initiation Oct. 22, 2021. I will note however that their PIPE offering or subscription for shares at .25 has the company name (Issuer) as:
KISMET SOCIAL IMPACT LTD.
I'm not sure how this will all eventually play out with the varying names... if they're all one or different entities... also, can't find much on the above company name in the public domain.
