Please be honest with me and this is a serious question. What has Joe succeeded in? WE have deals, but what have they done so far? We are in the pennies in PPS in so that is not a success story. We have deals, but complete lack of communication on any of them. A so called SEC investigation. Every year, it is a wait until the next year. A clean NASDAQ listing, but no listing each year. NO Board communication. Shareholders are leaving.
So, what actually has Joe accomplished? How are we better off right now? I am still here as a shareholder, but honestly, I am not happy. Joe jut blocked me on Facebook because I posted that the PPS was down and things were not looking good and we needed to be better. And he blocked me and deleted the comment. That's the CEO.
So, this is where we are currently.
I want this company to succeed, but at this rate, we need better management and a better Board who are working to make it succeed.
