I can attest to what toodles is saying no arterial motives in starting this forum except for what toodles stated.
My take was Nova institute is a think tank. I am sure they get public grants to do research and start pilot program they may lead to a government contract. DOC wants a wrap around services a great place to start.
I always will support Toodles and above approach. I am sorry they came after you buddy
