I enjoyed reading your post and made great points. I imagine it's bear to merging multiply companies not taking anything away from how hard he works. Dr. David Dalton owes nothing to the shareholder. Dr. Dalton CEO does not owe fame or fortune to the shareholder either just information on their investment good or bad.
MY personal belief Doc is one in a million. I think their only a few CEO that change the healthcare system and change the zip codes for many shareholders
Being a public company has trade off's shareholders want to respect and informed. Company founder get mad cash from the stock they hold. .Hope in the near future we explode, I get the chance to shake doc hand and tell him I admire him for all the work he has done for so many and have a beer with all shareholders
