Hello Doc,
This letter is a sincere compilation and summary of recent comments from your shareholders.
We admire that you are attempting to create a positive change in healthcare and equality while giving the average investor a chance for wealth creation. We also understand the tremendous hard work done and pressure you are under. We are all here to make profits on our hard-earned money to support our families and retirement. Some of us have made profits while others now have significant losses.
We look up to you as a great man but really you are a stranger to most of us. We have supported you by having family and friends invest alongside us. The unkept promises and false hope has truly hurt us and our relationships with families and friends.
We are tired of getting pumped up only to be let down again and again and again. What happened to the PR’s after we became current? It’s been just about a year since you said, “This will be a very good year”. Many of us feel mislead and slapped in the face by the Tweets / LinkedIn and sent PM's to many longs that encouraged us to invest and made it seem as though a life changing 8K was mere days away. With this long history of indifference how are we to believe that you care for and respect us?
Asking a CEO to be a CEO is not disrespectable. Making this statement is what concerned shareholders should do. Would you loan 10,000's of dollars to a member of your family and not question what they are going to do with it? We now expect you to follow through with concrete information and be more transparent with us. The vague tweets should have stopped when the company became current.
These last tweets don’t give us confidence in seeing anything this year or even early next year. If it’s taking longer, we can handle it as delays are part of the business. But keeping us in dark is not in the interest of the shareholders. We want to know what we are waiting for and why we are waiting.
In these struggling and dark times that we find ourselves in, please provide us with some information that breaks this cycle and become the CEO we can be proud of.
