I know very little as this is my first dabble into OTC which turned into much more than a dabble. I'm sure someone more experienced will chime in and answer my question. Q4 and 2021 Annual have definite deadlines of Mid Feb and end of March. I hope we learn more before then, but based on past history...

By the way someone posted the rules yesterday which included a comment on how to request upgrade to unlimited posts. I requested it and got it. Today, I'm just being lazy...
