I can just imagine the FDA telling Recknor "We love your protocol and we want to provide some helpful feedback, so we're going to run it through 42 different divisions, 327 advisors, also fax a copy to our specialists in the field, and we want to have a courier take a flash drive to our foremost expert who's currently hiking the Appalachian trail. Soon as everyone chimes in with their feedback, we'll circle back and get that trial up and running in no time..."
