Great post Doc could have kept his companies private and never uttered a word to anybody he didn't want to. But public the CEO job definition is to work for the shareholders and communicate with them. It comes with the good and bad for DOC l a billion reason he wanted to go public. Taking the money has responsibilities attached to it
