It's mostly interview, and unsurprisingly pictures himself as a knight in shining armor foiled by a bad judge who doesn't care about the stockholders.
He says they had the votes, just like his pipsqueak voice here on the board said.
He also says he sold most of his shares about a month and a half ago. No surprise, again. The good news is that if he sold his shares, and his friends did too, they are not likely to try to rip us apart again.
