I will say this and then I am going to retire for a bit. I am really saddened we are losing a bunch of shareholders that have been with Generex over the years, to no fault of their own.
Joe, for all your bashing over the years of the old CEOs, you fit right in with all of them. With the PPS at .07, you have shown what a CEO can be. With no 10K, no 10Q for either company, nothing for months is extremely telling, while bashing everything in sight.
Shareholders have been frustrated to say the least. We have been die hard loyal and tried to maintain a loyalty to Generex for years and the complete lack of anything is something never experienced.
Many will voice from different sides on this matter, but in the end, it all falls on you and your team to do what is right, whatever that is now. GNBT is a walking disaster. Bad actors, FDA, whatever you want to call it. It doesn't matter. We are sitting at lows we never thought we would, all the while waiting on a NASDAQ we were told was the cleanest you ever saw, valued at over 500 million for NGIO that we were told was going live again and again and never happened. Dividends were given that so far have meant nothing, and once again bad actors, never ownership of any problems, all the while this BOD is out of the entire loop.
I am retired. Many are still working. Some are young, others are old. But we all trusted you and what you had to say. Covid or no Covid, the tools were all there. what you did with them was what, mattered with who and how you did it. Again, we all trusted you. We all suffered all the while your pictures while we suffered did not help.
We keep losing shareholders because we keep losing PPS, because we keep hearing silence from the company. Because we see no end in sight.
But it's just a bunch of bad actors causing this....
