We will probably find out the crazy speculation of a merger is someone trying to manipulate the stock in a desperate attempt to either get out or in. This is probably the last thing GNBT/NGIO needs to have going on even though they are obviously not part of it IMHO. Anyways, this is the OTC so it's not a total surprise.
