i got an answer from Chris the VP of UNVC and the ceo of Pacroots. i asked him this and this is what he replied with so basically guys we need to cool off Doc n our questions about the 8k and this whole process legally. our best bet is to hold and wait for Doc to drop the hammer! this what i said and then what Chris said,
“Hey Chris, I respect everything you are doing on this journey with pacroots and UNVC i’m glad we have you on our team. if possible could you inform us shareholders what’s next after the 8k that is soon to be dropped? is it a reverse merger or an uplist? would pacroots be involved with during our process to nasdaq ?would love to know try to get back to me God Bless!”
“ I am not aware of any information regarding this question and your assumptions ....PacRoots (Lords and Company) and UNVC are 2 independent trading companies and except for myself who serves as a director of both companies. Any information regarding UNVC would be disclosed through SEC filings and news releases to the general public...please do not ask any insider information.”
atleast i gave it a shot and tried to get something answered no worries we should be good!
