Just a general note, in case anyone on the BOD reads along. We place trust in you. Your fiduciary responsibility is a legal one. I assume you’ll meet it. If I were you, I’d move Heaven and Earth to protect GNBT shareholders. And you don’t have to go that far, you only have to wake up, meet your obligation, and schedule an Emergency Meeting of the BOD. This may seem unusual to such an aloof group. Wear that badge because you let it happen. Take control. My Gosh, I’m shocked to learn how you all don’t communicate or that you’d even allow that as a professional. Be accountable.
