if I were him I'd be focusing 100% on doing all that I can to make next year's books start off cleanly. if that means combining all subs on new years eve then so be it.
I assume he wants to start 2022 as the new entity. the quiet seems to be getting to some but it is exciting thinking about what he is doing for us.
