The problem with the opioid epidemic is the people at the top still don’t get punished. I know personally two brothers in South Florida who were the largest opioid dealers and only got 14 years after snitching on others and probably won’t even serve that. They were convicted of murder and running/selling OxyContin mills/pills. 14years! There so much more but they were just individuals with connections. You can imagine how big former protect themselves
