I could not agree more, and i am in the same boat with you (not a yacht off the coast of FL, BTW).
The actual lack of a physical address that at the same time remains listed as both companies' primary address on their websites is troublesome, to say the least. When one considers that the lease was taken out in the name of a separate company (albeit related, allegedly), and that it is the related company's name that appears at the building rather than either of the "parent" companies, one is tempted to wonder why this apparent confusion was generated by GNBT/NuGen. It's like Dick having a Honda new car dealership at a property, and yet instead of the sign reading 'Dick's Honda," the sign reads "Dick's Used Cars," because Dick also happens to have a used car dealership where he keeps 2 used vehicles (not even cars, but one truck and one motorcycle) for sale. If you look at the Dick's Honda website, however, it gives the address for Dick's Used Cars. I wonder whether there ever was anything located inside the door of 10102 USA Today Way, Suite 200. Lights out, shades down, blinds closed, curtains drawn...
