Hey Gestalt, I agree that the FDA was frustrated with us as shareholders for attacking them throughout numerous social media platforms…. Who knows I may or may not of told Janet W. what I thought of her after telling us a pvalue should not be the authority when it comes to saving lives after showing such promise in our early trials. We were not aware that Amarex was not handling their responsibilities behind the scenes, but it still does not let them off the hook for:
*Attempting to remove our video
* 2 doses instead of 4
* DSMC not recommended changes to trial format
* Asking us to stop compassionate use when so many people were in need and we were saving lives
* making us wait on LH to start trial

I’m also just making conversation and replying to you post. I know we are both in the same boat and all of us our frustrated especially after holding all these years.
I do think Sidley has something to do with the FDAs new “more inviting” attitude toward our company. Our company looks a lot tougher with Sidley looking over our shoulder when we speak to the FDA
