NMEN - I reported this stock manipulation scheme to the SEC today. I also contacted the NV SOS.

I believe I know the name of the individual that filed the fake reinstatement filing and gave his name to the SEC in my report.

This person keeps a blank NV SOS reinstatement filing parked in their possession for fraudulent use. This is not the first time this person has been involved in running this type of scam.

NMEN was abandoned by previous ownership in 2009. The entity was revoked by the Nevada SOS in 2011 and in January of 2013 the last resident agent resigned leaving the entity completely abandoned for anybody to come in and illegally hijack it. When the RA resignation filing was posted on January 15, 2013, that alerted this person who tracks all revoked Nevada entities that still trade about the shell now being available for stock manipulation use. This person then did a reinstatement filing without filing for custodianship of the entity through the courts first. NMEN was illegally hijacked. That is an SEC securities violation. I also pointed this out to the SEC in my report.

With NMEN, this person intentionally spelled the name of the new resident agent wrong, intentionally spelled the name of the new sole officer/director wrong, and used a fake address (that didn't even have a street name) in the filing. No doubt this was all done to try to make it harder to track down the person responsible for the securities violation. Too bad many people already know his name.

This person then started a lie that NMEN, which is an abandoned Caveat Emptor shell, is going to merge into a giant perfume company called Parfum1 which is run by Rose D'Amour.

Today this person changed the name of the entity to Dukeshire Ventures Inc to keep the scam going.

I documented the scam from the start saving links to posts and alerts about the ticker made by this individual and a time line of events. All given to the SEC.

I have been documenting the fraud commented by this individual for several months now as he moves from one ticker to the next starting false merger rumors.

I have contacted Parfum1 and Rose D'Amour and alerted them to the fraud taking place using their names.

Hopefully one day the SEC finally puts an end to this person's illegal stock manipulation ways.
