Is it possible you are confusing Oasis funding and IPO investors?
Dawson was open with me. The regulatory action needs to be cleared and DJ/Tiger is looking for a lead investor but the overall demand is solid. Probably going to need the regulatory path opened up to get the big investor. Could come from China.
Oasis funding was expected to be a bridge loan and is dependant on being able to sell shares which at these low levels is not feasible.
