I am still showing Nugenerex holdings in my accoun

I am still showing Nugenerex holdings in my account with no value. I would think that even though not listed, there had to have been steps taken back two years ago to create a separate entity to allow the dividend. Someone may want to check corporate registrations, address and statutory agent of that entity.
