In any state Generex declares as US home location for Toronto hdq., it should be registered with Secretary of State and there must maintain a statutory agent.
If someone had 30 mins., that could be a very nice piece of info to help determine if the company is currently viable. If it is Miramar address, that would be very very bad sign.
