No. Those are bullshit "trades" just put on the tape to fuck up the chart. I've had orders sitting at .0003-.001 for a long time and they NEVER get filled. But anytime I set a limit buy of .002, it will fill between .0017-.0019. Those .0003 trades are just manipulation.
